Nested Folder Issue

Description

• OpenCode Desktop v1.18.27
• Operating System: Windows
• Repro: Nested folder scenario (C:\Workspace parent + C:\Workspace... child projects already registered) → new session gets project_id=global, directory=C:/ instead of the intended parent project.
• OpenCode does not show the session from C:\Workspace after the app closed

Steps to reproduce

1. Multiple child projects in a parent folder (eg: Parent folder is C:\Workspace, Child folders C:\Workspace\API, C:\Workspace\UI etc.)
2. Register UI and API folders as a separate projects
3. Register 'C:\Workspace' folder as a new project
