Android Arm64-v8 and x86_64 support #1

Hi @ping2A I'm working to build Yara-x CAPI to Android NDK side for my personal project. I can't build CAPI directly to Android NDK side. I opened the issue for this problem but I guess they don't have any clue for my problem. Do you think your approach can handle my problem on Android NDK side or do I need find another solution for my problem ? If your approach can be usefull for my project (or Android-Yara relationship). You need to add Arm64-v8 and x86_64 Architecture support to this project.
also If you have any solution for this problem, Could you share with me please...
