Create Sector details page

Note

this page is viewable by any captain who is assigned to a sector

requirements

1. adjust or make a new design for the sector page using our design system
2. for the backend look at the design and document / implement needed data
3. front end page should reuse components if possible if not create reusable component

• note in the front that there must be a fixed URL that if I went too gives me the data of the scout for example /sector/[sectorbasename]-[sectorseffuixname] shouldn't depend on any info in other page to display its data
