Rebuild image with kustomize+helm v4 fix

This issue was preventing kustomize to talk with helm v4: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/kustomize/issues/6013. 
The 1.35.0 image is built with Kustomize v5.8.0 and Helm v4.0.4 which trigger the conflict.
 Can you please trigger a new build with [Kustomize v5.8.1](https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/kustomize/releases/tag/kustomize%2Fv5.8.1) that fixes this issue?
