Picker resizeability by max width and "browser number list"

Coming out from #160, make two more options:

• Resize up to a certain max width.
• Up to the browser number list.

Things i'd like to see:

1. Let me change the order or set favorites.
2. let me see the the text label not just the icons.
3. A tree view
4. Show the profile name as well as the profile directory name

@AJolly regarding order, it's displayed in the same order as the browser and profile list in the configuration dialog.
