Activating configuration is not super intuitive

The "Save configuration" button really seems to be "Save + Active configuration". AS there is no indication when there are not activated changes, it is quite simple to forget clicking the menu item, hence wondering why the changes that are clearly visible in the UI are not active.

Thanks, that's a historical bug. Configuration used to be saved every time you changed anything, so there's no "save" button. But that became too slow. It's saved automatically when you close the config window as well. I should really fix this.
