PDF icon - suggestions?

If you didn't know, BT associates itself with an optional .pdf file extension handler. Just because most of the browsers also do, so you can choose which browser and instance to use as the default PDF viewer if you want to. The current icon looks ugly (in my opinion):

This is the default Edge icon for PDF files:

Would most people prefer an existing one, Edge one, or something else?

I prefer to "reuse" icons (for PDF and URL) from installed applications and/or system defaults.

Two questions: 1) How to add Adobre Acrobat Reader to the list of Chrome/Edge? 2) How to maintain the default Acrobat PDF icon?
