Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

While moderating, I found problematic messages sent in a temp VC, but the channel was deleted before I could keep a record of them.

Describe the solution you'd like

A moderation command to mark a temp VC channel as "persistent" so Tux won't delete it when the channel is empty.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Alternatively, Tux could join the channel itself so the channel cannot be empty.

I imagine a config option to archive the temp channel for a few days could be a good option maybe

I could see that being useful, similar to how Helper logs tickets for a year.
