END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR EOS Antivirus

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity, referred to as "User") and Wahyu Krisna Aji ("Licensor"), regarding the use of EOS Antivirus (the "Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
   Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on a single device (or a specified number of devices as per your purchased license) for personal or business use, subject to the terms of this EULA. The Software may only be used for its intended purpose of providing antivirus and security protection.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may not:
   a. Copy, modify, or distribute the Software, except as expressly permitted by this EULA.
   b. Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except where such activities are expressly permitted by applicable law.
   c. Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party.
   d. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software.
   e. Use the Software to develop a competing product or for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. OWNERSHIP
   The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly set forth in this EULA.

4. UPDATES AND SUPPORT
   a. Licensor may provide updates, upgrades, or patches to the Software at its discretion. Such updates are subject to the terms of this EULA unless otherwise specified.
   b. Technical support may be provided as part of your license or subscription, subject to Licensor’s support policies. Licensor reserves the right to modify or discontinue support services at any time.

5. TERMINATION
   This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate this EULA by uninstalling and destroying all copies of the Software. Licensor may terminate this EULA immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. LICENSOR DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR CAPABLE OF DETECTING ALL THREATS OR MALWARE.

8. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY
   The Software may collect certain data, such as system information or threat detection logs, to provide security services and improve functionality. By using the Software, you consent to such data collection in accordance with Licensor’s Privacy Policy, available at [Insert URL to Privacy Policy].

9. GOVERNING LAW
   This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., State of California, USA], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
