Add support for other Paradox games

I'm working on an automation script and tutorial for merging states in Victoria 3.

I stumbled upon this repository and is surprised to see the stunning speed and effectiveness of the package.

However, due to Victoria 3 not being listed in the game-suffixes, I cannot get access to the parse_merge and parse_dir functions.

I hope Victoria 3 and other Paradox games can be added to the list so that more mod developers can make use of this repository.

Actually, it might be even better to simply get rid of this game identification system so that it can be applied on mod files.
