Problem / Current Behavior
Meta added the "Instagram follows" metric to Ads Manager and the Facebook Marketing API last year, but it is not currently supported by the Facebook Marketing source connector.
Requested Enhancement
Add the "Instagram follows" metric as a selectable/syncable field in the Facebook Marketing connector, pulling from the corresponding Facebook Marketing API field.
Use Case
Users tracking Instagram engagement alongside other Facebook Marketing metrics currently cannot include follows data in their data pipelines, limiting visibility into this engagement signal.
Additional Context
Metric is available in Meta's Ads Manager UI and API as of last year's update.
