Failed to deployment with QuickStart

I follow the Airbyte Doc to setup the Airbyte QuickStart with below version, but I failed to start Airbyte:

OS Version: Ubuntu 24.04 (Virtual Machine)
abctl version: v0.24.0
Docker: version 27.4.1

Error as below:
WARNING Encountered an issue deploying Airbyte: Pod: airbyte-abctl-server-86f5dfc8d7-pxtvg.1814073e4474c13d Reason: Unhealthy Message: Readiness probe failed: Get "http://10.244.0.17:8001/api/v1/health": dial tcp 10.244.0.17:8001: connect: connection refused Count: 6
