Integrating the bot with a python server

I would like to combine the bot with a Peyton server that will send a question and get the answer
I'm new to Peyton I built a server and in the bot I combined the functionality I need and separately it works, how can I combine that I get an answer from a question I send in the function with session_id or another way

I use a server API and want to get an answer to a question sent to the server is basically what I have now

before calling chatMsg.respond check whether the user session exists or not
if not then create new session for that user as follows

        if UserID not in chatMsg._conversation:
            # New User
            chatMsg.start_new_session(UserID)
        customer_response = chatMsg.respond(message, UserID)
