How it relates to ECC

ECC's architecture was the starting point — the hook system (PreToolUse, Stop, SessionStart, PreCompact), SOUL principles, session persistence, and the idea that an opinionated workspace beats a bag of prompts. I took those patterns and rebuilt them for a different audience: the one-person marketing team running content, brand, and comms from a terminal.

What's different

• Content Engine — weekly cadence: /monday opens with a 5-in-1 chain (comms triage, metrics, intel, content plan, brief), ship Tue–Thu, /friday closes with review + memory save
• Blog Engine — /blog-plan → /blog-draft → /blog-qa → /blog-assets → /blog-publish → /repurpose (fans one article into 6 channel-native formats)
• Brand brain — brand/canon-rules.json enforced by hooks: banned phrases blocked at the command level, canon edits auto-snapshotted, drift flagged on site audits
• Staging HTML — every output renders in a browser before publish, with a version drawer that tracks revisions and strips on export
• Memory that compounds — QA failures become lessons, performance winners feed next week's plan, sessions auto-persist across crashes
• Industry starters — pre-tuned configs for Web3, SaaS, E-commerce, or Generic
