Describe the bug
At least I think that's what's going on:
If I leave the app open but not active for a long time, it never follows the switch between light and dark mode (either direction).
If I have the app closed, switch the mode, then open the app, it follows the system mode.
If I recently opened/activated the app, but minimize or switch to another app, then switch the mode, then switch back to Voyager, it respects the switch.
If I have the app open and visible, it also respects the switch.
Only the first scenario here is the issue. Quite frustrating as well because the most common scenario for me. 😁
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Presumably, leave app open until dozed.
- Switch to different theme mode (light/dark) than what was active when app was last bit in dozed state, I guess.
- Open app.
- See wrong theme applied.
Expected behavior
App should always follow system theme no matter what, if that setting is chosen.
Smartphone (please complete the following information):
- Device: Google Pixel 9 Pro
- OS: Android 16
- Browser: Voyager App
- Version: 2.46.0
Additional context
Nothing I can think of. Please let me know if you need any other info and I'll try my best to provide it! 🙏
