Is there any chance that this extension is mitaines or enchanced from issues?

MADR is now at version 4.0.0 and maybe someone could update this extension?

Thanks for reaching out about this! We have indeed neglected this extension too much in the past, and I think it's time to focus more efforts on it. I will see who may be able to help with this, but yes, one of the features that has been requested by many is to have more flexibility regarding the ADR format. So, allowing the newest MADR version would definitely be a high priority during such an update.
