Update download test script to support multiple architectures.

Seen in #4385

1. Check version of GLIBC required.

2. Amend to run on alternate architectures ( x64, arm64, riscv64, arm32 etc

Maybe we want to make it able to run on x64 and non-x64 (Noting that riscv64/arm32 are likely different again)

Also check that running it locally works ok

My first attempt at running it locally gave ERROR: SBOM_LOCATION could not be found/accessed: OpenJDK8U-sbom_aarch64_linux_hotspot_8u482b08.json so there maybe further changes required, although that feels like it's probably a "me" issue.
