Table Of Contents does not render on page history viewer #3013

Bug Report
Current Behavior
Table of Contents component does not render when viewing a historical version of a page.
Expected behavior/code
Table of Contents component should render normally.
Possible Solution
Should be as simple as updating https://github.com/adobe/aem-core-wcm-components/blob/main/bundles/core/src/main/java/com/adobe/cq/wcm/core/components/internal/servlets/TableOfContentsFilter.java to have a servlet filter pattern of (/content|/tmp/versionhistory)/.*
