[ChannelTabs] Request: Add Import/Export Feature for Channel Tabs

No, this request is not related to a problem, but rather to improving the usability of ChannelTabs.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to see an import/export feature for channel tabs. For example, when switching to a new device, I could simply import a saved file and instantly restore all my saved bookmarks.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, I have to manually recreate my saved tabs on a new device, which is time-consuming and prone to mistakes.

Additional context
This feature would make it much easier to back up and transfer channel tab settings between devices.

1. The saves of settings file are placed in the betterdiscord roaming file.
2. An interesting feature, but ultimately it's an import/export of a save file not feature.
