[Blocks Monorepo] Post Featured Video

• Add the ability to set a post featured video which will automatically use the video instead of an image on the Featured Image Block.

@TremiDkhar, I tested the Featured Video, and it works on a query loop well, but the video did not replace my single post featured image.

I would expect the single post to also show the video. Also, in the query loop (and on the single post), should there be a play icon? Can the video not autoplay?

Also, the featured video upload field should be able to accept drag-and-drop video files, similar to featured images. Can we extend this option to accept URLs, such as a YouTube link?

I also have questions about video Poster Frame, but I'll reserve that for after these other items.

I can look into this when I'm free from other project. Additional features can be added as per our requirements.

When removing the featured video, the post won't save. Sometimes you might want to remove the featured video and have a static post with a featured image.
