Release for Python > 3.12

Hi, would it be possible to release a new brevitas version with support for Python 3.13?
The last v0.12.1 only supports Python 3.12 and limits us in FINN(+) to increase the Python version beyond Python 3.12. We can not use the dev branch, because we can only use the PyPI published version.
