Description
It should be possible for attendees (at least the purchasing attendee) to download the invoice or generate it from the ticket access screen.
It shouldn't be required that the attendee checks the box at the time of sale.
While #928 may mean that the invoice is automatically sent always, it's still possible they'll need to have the invoice edited with the various fields which can be specified.
