Feature Request: Items you pledge should have a workflow for you

Say I have 2 people in my instance. I select pledge for that product for the other person. I should now have a dashboard where I can see all the items I pledged (grouped by each person) .

Then each item has 5 stages:

1. Pledged
2. Ordered
3. Received
4. Wrapped
5. Given

This way you can track where in the process the items are.
