Suggestion : consistent naming — `day` and `date`

I propose this idea after saw your comment #64 (comment). Leave a comment when you're free please!

My suggestion:

• date
  • use by default. Like "YYYY-MM-DD", a particular ONE.
• day
  • (1) only use when we want to point out not "YYYY" or "MM", but "DD" exactly.
  • (2) the day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, ...) ref: MDN — Date.getDay

With this suggestion, there are some changes:

• part day on each button will be date because even though there's only 'DD' text, users want the whole 'YYYY-MM-DD'.
• well, I couldn't find much!

If i'm honest, I'd probably just pick one and stick with it throughout. To the user it's a technical distinction they will probably not be able to make. Better to be predictable imo!

That said, it's worth doing an audit and seeing where there are inconsistencies. Any changes will be breaking, so I'll wrap up in v1
