• I haven't had time to watch them all yet, and I think the teaser video idea is fabulous and more people should definitely do that!! :)
• I'm concerned they are displayed very small in the entries. If the visuals aren't important, it may be best to present them as audio-only. If the visuals are important, I think you can stack them so they are both larger. For the teasers I think you could eliminate the time-bar in youtube as you scroll over (I have a few plugins that let you tweak all of this when embedding YT videos, doing things such as autoplay, hiding the timeprogress bar which shouldn't be needed in a short teaser video, and other features), to avoid crowding when hitting the play button. Ideally, I think what would work really nicely is to have the teaser and a snippet of the entry displayed automatically, and when the reader clicks "View Full Episode", then it opens in a new window which does not display the teaser video and instead has the full podcast waiting (and additionally have a link in the video using YouTube Cards for the viewer to click and go to the next episode).
• Make some custom thumbnails with the WeRockTech brand to make them look more enticing! :)
