I that you sent in the driver as patch in kernel mailing list, but it does not appear you received a response. Is that correct?

Really appreciate this driver, with its native support for macro keys it makes my G710+ on Linux even more useful than on Windows. I can just bind the macro keys directly to applications and shortcuts without ever needing to rebind it to some key sequence with unintended consequences.

I hope it will be upstreamed soon.

There are responses to other Logitech keyboard driver submission (older) and the upstream response seems to be to break out the feature additions of the drivers into reusable parts. That makes sense, but obviously requires some work. I submitted a patch for the repeating '6' bug that people post around the internet and this driver fixes. It can be fixed easily standalone so I figured I'd feel out the attitude and environment with the trivial patch first.
