[Manual] With the popularity of CANbus mods, it could be helpful to document alternate endstop mounting.

I know that CANbus is a mod, but since the provisions for alternate endstop microswitch location are included with the official release, I feel like it's relevant to possibly include them in the build manual. Perhaps in an appendix.

Specifically, /STLs/Gantry/AB_Drive_Units/[a]_y_endstop_housing and the alternate location of the x-axis endstop on the back of the carriage.

Wanted to remove my y axis cable chain and ended up with exactly this issue, there's no mention anywhere of this alternate endstop mounting
