6.2.2 Text Customizations
All platforms, apps, and websites must allow users to customize the presentation of text to meet their needs. High contrast text modes are an acceptable minimum, but full customization offers users a far more accessible and enjoyable experience.

Users should be able to choose both text and background colors, reducing visual stress for users who prefer specific color combinations. At minimum, a high contrast text mode must be supported.
