Support uploading package list to a Gitea repository

For people who want don't want to use GitHub for their package list, having an option to use a Gitea repository instead would be helpful. Gitea doesn't have support for gists, but looking at the script, it doesn't look to difficult to simply switch out the gists for a repository.
