Test Coverage

We need to measure test coverage for both unit and integration tests.

Previously, there were code coverage reports that would be generated as part of the CICD process.

We need a step in the CI that generates a report similar to what was in the historical EOSIO repo.

@ndcgundlach could you add a couple more details to help us refine this?

Also, can we illustrate use cases for the support? We want to make sure this coverage report triggers actionable next steps. Thanks!
