What tasks did you complete this week? (Include links):
I was able to reformat the four-step model to be compartmentalized and be its own independent file that could be imported into the main module. I was also able to adjust the calibration filter Matthew made to only consider Geo_IDs of regions we were concerned with.

I am yet to look at the connected graph.

What was the biggest challenge you faced this week? How did you address it?
Easily my biggest challenge was making the four-step model an independent file. A lot of the current implementation relied on other pieces of code within the large main.py file.
What's one new thing you learned or skill you improved?
I improved my ability to reformat code.
