Well the release of SDL3 and deprecation of the SDL2 package in Arch Linux just made things interesting. It will probably be easier to build SDL2 as a shared library and install it under the ArchyPie installation folder. Script modules will then have to point to it at build time. I do not know how well the SDL2-Compat library package in conjunction with SDL3 works at present.
