This is most likely a connection issue, and I will help you sort it out. But just to clear our one point: You have contacted Radius to get the port activated - right? Assuming the port is active:
We have an known issue on a very small number of Kamstrup Omnipower meters, where the holder does not push the board sufficiently deep into the meter, so that one or more pins do not have contact. There are very few cases of this, which is why we've decided to sell out the holders we have on stock, and replace for the unlucky few that encounter issues. If the board alone without the holder works as it should, you might be one of the unlucky few! Alternatively: If you have access to a 3D printer, you can print the modified design from the file published on our Wiki. Let us know how this turns out! |

I just installed my new Pow-K in my Kamstrup Omnipower (Denmark, Radius) and it is not booting, the led is blue, even after 1 hour.
When i connect it to USB-C power it works fine, and i have set the powersaving to maximum and reduced the wifi power.
Have i got a faulty device or could there be anything else that i can do?
