upcloud_kubernetes_node_group "Still destroying"

Hey

Every time I trigger a destroy operation, the upcloud_kubernetes_node_group hangs on "Still destroying" until it hits a context deadline exception, timing out while deleting the resource.

I can see the node group being deleted from the console just fine.

I can work around it by manually removing the resource from the state.
This is sub-optimal as it requires access to the terraform remote state.
