This is more feasible than Universal-Debloater-Alliance/universal-android-debloater-next-generation#516, and has almost the same benefits.

There's this branch with no associated PR. I didn't want to create a draft-PR because I thought it'd be rude not to ask 😅

I transferred this issue from Universal-Debloater-Alliance/universal-android-debloater-next-generation#536, because we use serde and cargo test to validate it already. So the CI validation only makes sense when we move the lists here
