Draw navaids on PA-3 moving map

Summary

Add navaid rendering to the PA-3 moving map display to improve situational awareness during flight.

Description

Draw navigation aids alongside the active flight leg on the PA-3's moving map, including:

• Airports - Nearby airports with runway icons
• Beacons - VOR, NDB, and other radio navigation beacons
• Waypoints - Named waypoints and intersections(?)

This will provide pilots with better situational awareness by showing relevant navigation references relative to their current position and planned route.

Acceptance Criteria

• Airports displayed with appropriate symbology and possibly some information
• Radio beacons (VOR/NDB) shown
• Waypoints rendered along the flight leg (optional)
