Implementing new anonymous username for spots

Adding a new feature that allow users choosing a nickname showed when the spot is published in the channel. This feature needs a database that stores the username and a secret token known only to the user. When the user send the text of the spot to the bot it will reply with a keyboard with 3 options: anonymous spot, non anonymous, username (the first two are already there).
