Scraping and parsing the menù from ERSU website to allow easily a periodic message to the end-users for keeping them updates about lunch / dinner menù.

Goal of this issue is to get all days of all menù mensa from these links, parsing it correctly and saving it in a json or even in XML but providing a good API to use them.
