Box2D: Fixed (but can rotate) doesn't always work

Sometimes the Dango falls instead of spinning in place. After making the demonstration auto-repeat, it happens every time it repeats until you switch demonstrations or click the green flag. This must be an extension bug.

I'm still encountering the issue but don't have any specific reproduction steps. It even happens in the sample project (in sprite Demo 2, seems to happen every other time it starts) and necessitates a workaround.

I hope it doesn't affect very many projects.
