Template Flow version to match gluestick Flow version

Right now Gluestick runs 0.50.0 and a new app (template) generates flow-bin: 0.45.0. I am trying to add Flow now in a Gluestick project that had no Flow and I am unsure which version to use (0.56.0 throwed errors).

0.50.0, since upgrading to 0.56.0 is a breaking change, it will be done in GS 2.x

Is this just a change to https://github.com/TrueCar/gluestick/blob/next/packages/gluestick-generators/src/templates/package.js#L70 and https://github.com/TrueCar/gluestick/blob/next/packages/gluestick/src/generator/constants.js#L4?

Mostly, yeah, but if we do that already existing apps will break unless they're updated to newer flow version and errors are fixed.

Oh OK, I thought you were saying we should update gluestick template to v0.50 now but wait for later, breaking ones. I'll just update in my app for now.
