Description

When adding the label #appThemeBase=test to a theme intended to overlay the TriliumNext theme, the custom theme does not appear in the theme selection list under the "Appearance" section in the application settings. This behavior differs from the #appTheme label, which successfully adds a theme to the list.

Steps to reproduce:

Add the label #appThemeBase=<custom_value> to a note representing a theme.
Verify that the theme does not appear in the "Appearance" options, even though it is expected to overlay the TriliumNext theme.

Expected behavior: The theme labeled with #appThemeBase should appear in the list of themes, allowing it to be selected and used as an overlay for the TriliumNext theme.
