Auto-management not auto managing torrents #8790
Description
Tribler 8.2.3 Build 179 (Ubuntu), scenario... I have auto-management enabled and I import fifty or a thousand torrents and the first five in the queue are from Archive.org. Auto-management is configured with, "downloading", set to, "3".
Tribler develops an issue with Archive.org and is unable to download however, those torrents remain with, "Downloading 0%", status. Or a slightly alternate scenario here, the downloading is super slow at 1.00 b/s... or another alternate scenario, they never 100% complete.
After 12 hours, 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year... auto-management will still be trying to download those same torrents.
A suggestion would be after x period if there has been no or very little traffic/ activity to cycle through the next torrent in the queue.
