Suggestion: /T Leave (Remove Trust/Plot Perm)

Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:

When leaving a town you retain trust perms.
It could cause a player to leave a town and steal.

Town or plot trust isn't reliant on being part of the town so it makes sense to me why it'd be retained, consider these two alternative solutions instead:

• Don't give trust to someone who might steal from you
• Make a trusted rank in the townyperms.yml file, which does get removed

When a player gets t kicked they get their perms get removed. When a player T leaves it would essentially fall under the same concept where a player can abuse their perms.

If you, as a mayor, believe a player will abuse their perms, do not give them those perms. I think players should be able to leave a town they're trusted in and keep that trusted status.

Why did we get it added it to /T Kick?

I will probably add this behind a deactivated by default config option. Warrior makes good points though. If someone leaves the town they will lose trust and need to have it re added. Might get annoying.

I know this is a slightly stale issue potentially but I've read through this and I can see some parallels to things that I'm also facing.

I understand what OP seems to want but I don't think the proposed solution is what they really need, at least in my case that's true.

What I think could be an approach to this issue is a residenthistory. Similar to how we have a /town bankhistory, it could help to have a /town reshistory, to see which residents left your town. I've just recently put the config option resident_settings.delete_old_residents into place and have realized that this could lead to residents being removed due to it while the mayor does not realize, so a history of which residents joined and left just like the bankhistory could help tremendously. Ideally with the history there's a reason like "Due to server rules" which would be the config option or "kicked by user Folas1337".

Obviously I can't tell for sure that this would help OP but perhaps they can confirm or deny. @TylorTurner?

Oh yeah this is also assuming #8212 is going to happen. With these two suggestions combined, you'd be able to see who left and when and you could then check the plots they're trusted in to un-trust them or if you want to do all in one go, outlaw them. Maybe just outlaw temporarily but outlawing actually removes all trust the person had in your town 😄
