Stock benefits fail to load when signed out #282
Description
When a user is signed out and attempts to access /torn/stocks, the data in /api/v1/stocks/benefits won't always load. If the benefits data is not cached, the necessary API calls will fail. This should likely fall back to a random API key if the user is not signed in or does not have an API key.
