We'd like to implement the [2-sample bootstrap KS test](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kolmogorov%E2%80%93Smirnov_test) and to validate the samplers as it was done in [Neville et. al. work](https://www.nature.com/articles/nphys4270).
