Update onboarding docs for Discord client secret local setup

Summary of the suggested change

Currently the docs encourage a contributor to DM an admin to get the discord client secret. they shouldn't need to ever do this.

Instead let's clearly outline the steps to set up their own app in the discord developer portal with their own discord client secret.

Offer a header with a relevant name (e.g., Discord Local Setup), and walk through each step on how to set up discord auth on your own local environment. Show screenshots where appropriate.

Has this been completed already? I guess I'm not 100% sure what it is you want changed. I don't see where it encourages a contributor to DM an admin to get the discord client secret. Are you asking to re-do the Discord OAuth2 Setup section and add screenshots?

i already deleted the part referencing DMing an admin.

can you redo this section of the docs, making sure they are as clear as possible and add screen shots if needed, with links to the relevant docs page on Discord?
