Moving 3rd Party Scripts to Packages

The 3rd party scripts are causing too much clutter when looking for objects.

These 3rd party extensions work like the A* module works. Requiring them to be in your project directory.

Not really sure how to approach this. They need to be in the assets folder so they will always show up when you look for objects. Even if they worked with the unity package manager the scripts would still show up when looking for things.

@BrandonPacewic If they need to be in the asset folder we can create a folder for 3rd party assets and one for 1st party assets;

I'm thinking that we should avoid doing this because it will cause problems with git again that I would need to fix. Probably more trouble than it's worth but if you want to do this during a meet where I can get everything situated than it would be fine with me.
