INFOWARE_USE_VULKAN fails on Windows for Vulkan API version 1.4

Problem

Enabling INFOWARE_USE_VULKAN for Windows causes failure with error VK_ERROR_INCOMPATIBLE_DRIVER, code -9, due missing registry entry \\Khronos\\Vulkan\\Drivers

Solution

Enable INFOWARE_USE_D3D. This should have a higher precedence for Windows build being the native OS library
