Question about difference from openroad::odb and openDB

I found that openroad::odb have some class that openDB doesn't have, such as dbModNet. openDB only has dbNet class. What difference do they have? And when these "mod" class will be used?

By openDB do you mean https://github.com/The-OpenROAD-Project/OpenDB ? That is an archived repo from before it was integrated into OpenROAD. All development now happens in openroad::odb and so new features like dbModNet are only in that version.
