Task/Feature/Issue Details

Several agent memory systems are available. Should we adopt an OSS one for the chatbot? They might make the agent implementation work better.

Some points to consider:

• Some are likely to work better for certain use cases than others.
• It would have to be easy to reset the memory when running automated tests.
